Ez nem is v\u00e9letlen, hiszen a <strong>Csal\u00e1di otthonteremt\u00e9si kedvezm\u00e9ny<\/strong> megannyi gyermekes csal\u00e1dot \u00e9s fiatal h\u00e1zasp\u00e1rt seg\u00edtett m\u00e1r hozz\u00e1 a saj\u00e1t otthon birtokl\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. A CSOK legfontosabb tudnival\u00f3i:<\/p><ul><li>Az alapfelt\u00e9tele a <strong>gyermekv\u00e1llal\u00e1s<\/strong>: ak\u00e1r m\u00e1r megsz\u00fcletett kicsikr\u0151l, ak\u00e1r csak a j\u00f6v\u0151ben megsz\u00fcletend\u0151 gyermekekr\u0151l van sz\u00f3.<\/li><li>A t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke <strong>600 ezer 10 milli\u00f3 forint k\u00f6z\u00f6tt<\/strong> lehet, a gyermekek sz\u00e1m\u00e1t\u00f3l \u00e9s az ingatlan t\u00edpus\u00e1t\u00f3l f\u00fcgg\u0151en.<\/li><li>\u00daj ingatlan <strong>v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra vagy \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re<\/strong>, illetve \u00faj \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lt lak\u00e1s v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s <strong>b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re<\/strong> egyar\u00e1nt ig\u00e9nyelhet\u0151.<\/li><li>Korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9sre, fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sra nem lehet felhaszn\u00e1lni.<\/li><li>A <strong>\u201eFalusi CSOK\u201d<\/strong> n\u00e9vre hallgat\u00f3 v\u00e1ltozata bizonyos kistelep\u00fcl\u00e9sek lakosainak lehet \u00e9rdekes, illetve k\u00fclter\u00fcleten is seg\u00edthet ingatlanhoz jutni a csal\u00e1doknak. A t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke a CSOK-hoz hasonl\u00f3an maximum 10 milli\u00f3 forint, \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lt ingatlan v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, valamint megl\u00e9v\u0151 ingatlan b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re lehet felhaszn\u00e1lni.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>M\u00e9g mindig CSOK: \u00e1fa-visszaig\u00e9nyl\u00e9s, illet\u00e9kmentess\u00e9g \u00e9s kamatt\u00e1mogatott lak\u00e1shitel<\/strong><\/p><p>A fentieken t\u00fal a CSOK \u201ekeze enn\u00e9l is tov\u00e1bb \u00e9r\u201d: t\u00f6bb olyan t\u00e1mogat\u00e1si forma is l\u00e9tezik, amelyek valamilyen m\u00f3don kapcsol\u00f3dnak a Csal\u00e1di otthonteremt\u00e9si kedvezm\u00e9nyhez.<\/p><ul><li>Ha CSOK seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel v\u00e1s\u00e1roln\u00e1l \u00faj ingatlant, akkor az 5% <strong>lak\u00e1s\u00e1fa visszaig\u00e9nyelhet\u0151<\/strong><\/li><li>A CSOK-kal v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt ingatlanok eset\u00e9ben <strong>nem kell megfizetned<\/strong> a visszterhes vagyon\u00e1truh\u00e1z\u00e1si <strong>illet\u00e9ket<\/strong><\/li><li>A \u201esima\u201d \u00e9s a Falusi CSOK mell\u00e9 ig\u00e9nyelhetsz kamatt\u00e1mogatott <strong>lak\u00e1shitelt<\/strong> is tov\u00e1bbi 15 milli\u00f3 forint \u00e9rt\u00e9kben azzal a felt\u00e9tellel, hogy a kamat a kamatt\u00e1mogat\u00e1s id\u0151szaka (maximum 25 \u00e9v) alatt legfeljebb 3% lesz.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ha megl\u00e9v\u0151 otthonodat csinos\u00edtan\u00e1d: Otthonfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p><p>Ha nem ingatlanv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1son t\u00f6r\u00f6d a fejed, hanem sokkal ink\u00e1bb m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151, saj\u00e1t lak\u00e1sodat\/h\u00e1zadat sz\u00e9p\u00edtgetn\u00e9d tov\u00e1bb, hogy m\u00e9g otthonosabb\u00e1 tehesd, akkor az <strong>Otthonfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st<\/strong> neked tal\u00e1lt\u00e1k ki. A t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s f\u0151bb tudnival\u00f3i:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Legal\u00e1bb egy gyermeket<\/strong> v\u00e1r\u00f3 vagy nevel\u0151 csal\u00e1dok vehetik fel (ak\u00e1r mozaikcsal\u00e1dok vagy egyed\u00fcl\u00e1ll\u00f3 sz\u00fcl\u0151k is).<\/li><li>Maximum <strong>3 milli\u00f3 forint vissza nem t\u00e9r\u00edtend\u0151<\/strong> t\u00e1mogat\u00e1shoz lehet \u00edgy jutni, melyb\u0151l a k\u00f6lts\u00e9geknek a fele fedezhet\u0151 \u2013 azaz a m\u00e1sik fel\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges \u00f6ner\u0151 is. \u00cdgy teh\u00e1t legal\u00e1bb 6 milli\u00f3 forint \u00e9rt\u00e9kben sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1si munk\u00e1latokat v\u00e9gezni, melyeknek 50%-\u00e1t \u00e1llhatja az \u00e1llam. (term\u00e9szetesen a c\u00e9lra vonatkoz\u00f3 felt\u00e9teleknek meg kell felelni \u00e9s a munkadij \u00e9s anyag k\u00f6zti 50-50%-os megoszl\u00e1si ar\u00e1nynak is stimmelnie kell)<\/li><li>Arra az esetre, ha nem rendelkezn\u00e9l a fentiekhez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges \u00f6ner\u0151vel, ig\u00e9nyelhetsz <strong>Otthonfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1si hitelt<\/strong> is maximum 6 milli\u00f3 forint \u00e9rt\u00e9kben.(Ez szint\u00e9n kamatt\u00e1mogatott)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Szabad felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00fa k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n gyermek\u00e1ld\u00e1s el\u0151tt: Babav\u00e1r\u00f3 hitel<\/strong><\/p><p>Legyen sz\u00f3 lak\u00e1sv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1sr\u00f3l, -fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sr\u00f3l vagy ak\u00e1r hitelkiv\u00e1lt\u00e1sr\u00f3l: a <strong>Babav\u00e1r\u00f3 hitellel<\/strong> a fiatal h\u00e1zasokat seg\u00edti az \u00e1llam.<\/p><ul><li>Legfeljebb <strong>10 milli\u00f3 forint<\/strong> k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nh\u00f6z juthatnak a h\u00e1zasok, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul kamatmentesen.<\/li><\/ul><p>A kamatmentess\u00e9ghez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges a gyermekv\u00e1llal\u00e1s \u2013 s\u0151t, ha t\u00f6bb gyermeket v\u00e1llal a p\u00e1r, akkor a hitel \u00e1talak\u00edthat\u00f3 <strong>vissza nem t\u00e9r\u00edtend\u0151 t\u00e1mogat\u00e1ss\u00e1<\/strong>. \u00f6sszeg\u0171 hitelre, viszont sz\u00edvesen minimaliz\u00e1ln\u00e1d rezsik\u00f6lts\u00e9geidet napelemrendszer ki\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel, a decemberben indul\u00f3 <strong>Napelem
